About Web Accessibility Group (WAG) Spotlight

Topic: Evaluating the Accessibility of Multimedia Players

Description: Designing an interactive online experience with multimedia content relies on several components to ensure accessibility. In this webinar, you will learn how to evaluate the most essential accessibility components for multimedia, as referenced in the W3C Web Content (WCAG) and User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG). User needs vary widely so the level of customization afforded by the user agent (e.g., browser, standalone player, or app) should match those user needs, preferences, and expectations. Such needs may include an adjustable playback rate, customizable appearance of captions, or focus indicators.
