The [[SAM V2:Students|student]] table is the parent or master table in SAM V1.  Records in all other tables relate to one particular student record and are called child records.  The parent-child relationship in SAM V2 is one parent to many children.  So, one student record can have many related disability records, accommodation records, or case note records.


For each table, records can be added, edited, deleted, or viewed, depending on the user’s permission.  To view table descriptions, relationships, process flows, and detailed field information, click on a table name listed above.

SAM Table Relationship Diagram

SAM V2 is comprised of the following tables:

The student table is the parent or master table in SAM V1. Records in all other tables relate to one particular student record and are called child records. The parent-child relationship in SAM V2 is one parent to many children. So, one student record can have many related disability records, accommodation records, or case note records.
